Use License and Restrictions

Modification and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Saskatchewan, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
